Delivery: We send out website orders 5 days a week and aim to process your order within 48 hours. On the rare occasion that dispatch is delayed for more than 72 hours, we will contact you with full details, along with a proposed dispatch date. We use Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery for all UK orders.
International Delivery: Please note that the customer will remain responsible for any delivery taxes or customs duties which are applicable to the delivery destination.
Privacy: Customer information is held only in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act 1996 and includes only the most basic information needed to process your order. We will never share your information with any other business or individual. Aldridge’s have no access to your payment card details at any stage. These are handled securely by Paypal and Worldpay Cardsave only, as secure payment gateways which are entirely separate from the website shop itself.
Returns: We want you to be 100% happy with your products and with the service you receive, so please do get in touch if you have a problem. We will do our very best to help you. Should you wish to return an item, please notify Aldridge’s immediately and return the item within 14 days of purchase. All items should be returned in original condition and be suitably packaged for safe transit. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting for your returned item. Once the returned item has been received in good condition, a full refund will be issued in accordance with European Distance Selling Regulations. Please note the refund will only be for the amount of the spare part.
